Automatic lifting noodle cooker product introduction and working principle

Automatic lifting noodle cookers, also known as noodle stoves, are a new type of energy-saving noodle cooker. They feature a latest design, prioritizing high quality and incorporating the advantages of similar products both domestically and internationally. They are characterized by their novel design, reasonable structure, easy operation, rapid heating, uniform temperature, energy saving, gas conservation, and environmental friendliness. Compared to traditional noodle cookers, the biggest advantage of these cookers is their ability to quickly cook large quantities of noodles, rice noodles, dumplings, and spicy hot pot, while also keeping them warm. However, these cookers require both electricity and water, typically necessitating a larger space, making them suitable for high-traffic areas such as hotels, shopping malls, and supermarkets.
It can automatically tumble and stir the food to achieve the purpose of rapid heating. At the same time, it can also automatically remove food residues, ensuring that the food will not be contaminated by the residues, and it is also convenient for cleaning.
The cooking container is divided into several small compartments, each capable of cooking only one type of food without cross-contamination of flavors. Each compartment is further divided into three zones by jet plates and baffles: a tumbling zone, a heating zone, and a sedimentation zone. In the heating zone, the water boils, and the resulting bubbles are ejected from holes in the jet plates below the cooking basket, creating an automatic jet that both tumbles and stirs the food, and provides rapid heating, suitable for cooking various foods. When food residue falls from the basket to the tumbling zone... During the rolling process, residue will enter the heating zone with the water flow. As the water tumbles and gravity acts, the residue will pass through the baffles and enter the sedimentation zone. Due to the baffles being wider at the top and narrower at the bottom, and the small space under the side plates, coupled with the obstruction of the discharge plate, residue can be effectively prevented from flowing back from the sedimentation zone to the heating zone, thus achieving automatic residue removal and ensuring that the food is not contaminated by residue. The deposited residue can be discharged through the drain outlet. Both the spray plate and the baffles are movable and easy to remove. After the heating tube is installed, it can be rotated 90° inside the cylinder, making the entire container very easy to clean.
